Try Sfera Rosato with Panzanella: traditional to Tuscany but also popular in Umbria, Marche, Abruzzo, and Lazio, panzanella has peasant origins. It was born from the practice of reusing leftover bread which, once it had become stale, was soaked with vinegar and then dressed with vegetables from the garden such as tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. 🍅
