We collaborate with growers who respect their land and aim to preserve their terroir's true identity through minimal but precise winemaking. Many are certified organic, and some follow biodynamic practices in the vineyard.

Pure, low-intervention, honest
Our wines are made with spontaneous fermentation, low sulfite levels (<60 mg/l), and minimal residual sugar. They're dry, clean, and typically fall between 12% and 13.% ABV.
Every producer we collaborate with is clearly named on the label. Plus, each batch is traceable thanks to a lot number printed on every bottle.

I nostri vini nascono da fermentazioni spontanee, hanno bassi livelli di solfiti (<60 mg/l), sono secchi, con poco zucchero residuo e gradazioni alcoliche tra il 12% e il 13.5%.
Ogni produttore con cui collaboriamo è indicato in etichetta. Inoltre, ogni produzione è identificata da un numero di lotto.
Small Batches, Big Character
We believe in keeping things small to let the quality speak loud. Each of our wines is produced in limited quantities—just 1,200 cases per batch.
What makes Sfera truly special is that every wine comes from a different producer. The winemakers change, the regions shift, and the expression of Italy evolves with each release.
While the contents of the bottle may change, the outside stays unmistakably Sfera.
